Richard Manson is the President and CEO of SourceMark, LLC, a premier provider of innovative products, services and solutions to the healthcare and retail pharmacy industries. Manson brings a wealth of experience with particular strengths in creative strategy, organizational development, team-building and systems evaluation, focusing on growth, profitability, and success. He has a strong understanding of the disparities in healthcare, and of the various markets and cultures throughout North America, Asia and Africa. His legal career spans over 30 years managing a private law practice that includes multi-business collaborations, and extensive work, nationally and internationally, with media conglomerates representing high profile clients. He is a successful publisher, author, and university professor. Manson is active with numerous professional and community service organizations including the TriState Minority Supplier Development Council (TSMSDC). In addition to his executive career, he serves on a myriad of boards of directors inclusive of Citizens Savings Bank and Trust Company, the oldest minority financial institution in the country. Over the years, Manson has established himself as a thoughtful leader in the fields of economic development and inclusion with emphasis on innovation, infrastructure, and strategic direction. He is a frequent speaker and lecturer and recently appeared on panels at The Owens and Minor Healthcare Symposium in Richmond, Virginia, and the TSMSDC’s annual Marketplace in Nashville, Tennessee and Louisville, Kentucky. Manson earned the Bachelor of Arts degree from Fisk University where he was a Thomas J. Watson Fellow. He holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Vanderbilt University Law School. Manson is a graduate of executive management programs from Amos Tuck at Dartmouth School of Business; the University of Wisconsin at Madison; and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
